I think someone may have miscounted some ballots, as I thought the “road detail” and the prisoners from the JailSucks.com float, although was not generally St. Patty’s Day themed, was a) very creative, b) extremely funny, and was very entertaining. “Inmates” and “trustees” in full-on jumpsuits pushing brooms down Greenville Avenue… I thought it was hilarious!

What?! I can’t believe the Charlie Mancini float didn’t win anything? Pretty dang entertaining if you ask me.
